Your Role
Support the Branch Manager with sales, service, and operational control. Guides and advises staff and members about complex member issues. Ensures proper communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of three to four years branch sales, service, and operations experience within a financial institution.
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Provides Medallion and/or notary service for membership. (Required as part of the job within 90 days of hire)
- Flexibility of work hours and proven reliability/dependability required.
- Must have excellent cross-selling and problem solving skills.
- Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
