About The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead a high-visibility retail banking branch and drive growth through team development, member engagement, and community outreach. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, lead a team focused on exceptional member service, and play a key role in achieving branch goals related to lending, deposit growth, and membership expansion. This flagship location is one of the organization's busiest branches and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Flexible weekday schedule adjustments when working Saturdays
- Leadership rotation with branch leadership partners
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Drive branch performance through lending growth, deposit growth, and membership acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, observations, and performance reviews.
- Manage branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Build strong relationships with current members through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.
- Handle escalated member concerns and guide staff through complex member interactions.
- Partner with internal departments to improve service delivery and achieve organizational objectives.
- Represent the branch within the community through networking events, business development activities, and community outreach efforts.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve established goals.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership, branch management, banking, credit union, or related financial services experience.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
- Strong sales and relationship-building mindset with a track record of achieving goals.
- Experience reviewing and processing lending opportunities.
- Knowledge of consumer banking, lending, financial products, and member services.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable licensing, registration, and certification requirements.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
