Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Branch Manager to support team efforts and deliver exceptional service.
• Nurture business relationships and implement marketing strategies to foster branch growth.
• Guide loan processes, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent customer service.
• Address delinquent accounts with care, finding solutions that benefit both the branch and customers.
• Lead by example, setting a positive standard for customer service and sales.
• Coach, train, and support team members to help them reach their full potential.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, aiming to be a key part of the company's succession plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to make a positive impact in the community through customer service, project management, or team support.
• Proven skills in influencing and leading others, focusing on personal and organizational growth.
• Commitment to career advancement, with a history of taking on new challenges and continuous learning.
• Experience guiding clients or stakeholders through various processes, providing support and advice.
• Ability to support and contribute to the growth of team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in the consumer finance, lending, or banking industries preferred.

Pay

The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

Schedule

Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons
