Stories of Success

"I joined Heights Finance in 2010 as a CSR, with no prior experience in finance. Little did I know that this role would pave the way for a fulfilling career! Heights Finance genuinely values its team members and takes pride in promoting from within. Today, I am proud to serve as a District Manager, a position I moved into in 2021 – a testament to the growth opportunities the company provides. The company offers excellent benefits, a set schedule that promotes work-life balance, and supportive leadership that ensures every team member feels valued. The company also fosters an open culture, encouraging team members to share their ideas and suggestions. I truly love working here and am grateful for the incredible opportunities Heights Finance has provided." ~ Ashley S., District Manager - Alabama

"Since joining Heights Finance as a Branch Manager in 2013, I have enjoyed the benefit of internal transitions and promotions on multiple occasions. Transitioning from my original branch to a larger branch in a different demographic, to a middle-sized branch in a combination of demographics, assisted me with being prepared to take the next step in my career. As a result of these experiences, I was qualified for a District Manager position in 2021. In 2024, I made a career change and with the support of my VPO, I was able to move into an Operations Trainer. During each transition, my supervisors worked to ensure I had the training, tools, and support needed to be successful, and the level of camaraderie amongst my peers was unparalleled." ~ Jessica W., Operations Trainer - United States
