Assistant Branch Manager
About the role
Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace. Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff. Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects. Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports. Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services.
Responsibilities
- Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace.
- Making sure the CMT/geotechnical engineering staff is performing at their best.
- Helping the CMT/geotechnical engineering staff and projects get the recognition they deserve.
- Reviewing and preparing geotechnical reports at senior levels.
- Engaging with clients and helping to market our services.
- Assisting other staff members in their marketing efforts.
Requirements
- A BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program.
- At least 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
