Assistant Branch Manager
About the role
Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace. Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff. Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects. Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports. Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services.
Responsibilities
- Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace.
- Making sure our CMT/geotechnical engineering staff are well-developed and ready for leadership roles.
- Collaborating with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical teams on various projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of senior-level geotechnical reports.
- Driving client and business development efforts, including marketing our services.
Requirements
- A BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program.
- At least 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
