Responsibilities

  • Aid the Branch Manager in maintaining monthly sales targets
  • Verify contracts, pricing, and paperwork from sales representatives for incoming orders
  • Create sales packets using the provided information
  • Update and track customer data and analytics
  • Enter orders and set up new customer accounts
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Distribute mail to the sales department
  • Submit sales leads to relevant teams
  • Back up the receptionist at the front desk as needed

Requirements

  • Industry experience and experience in a sales support role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and E-Automate (preferred)
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Education & Certification

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

  • Sit for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
  • Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboard
  • Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents
  • Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand
  • Understand the speech of others
