Responsibilities
- Aid the Branch Manager in maintaining monthly sales targets
- Verify contracts, pricing, and paperwork from sales representatives for incoming orders
- Create sales packets using the provided information
- Update and track customer data and analytics
- Enter orders and set up new customer accounts
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Distribute mail to the sales department
- Submit sales leads to relevant teams
- Back up the receptionist at the front desk as needed
Requirements
- Industry experience and experience in a sales support role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and E-Automate (preferred)
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Education & Certification
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
- Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboard
- Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents
- Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Understand the speech of others
