Assistant Beverage Manager - Borgata

The Job

Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control.
Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
Cook up recommendations to management on daily operational issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position Required

Pay

The pay range for this role is: $45,300.00 - $62,300.00
