ASSISTANT BASEBALL COACH / POSSIBLE LATERAL POSITION
About the role
The Assistant Baseball Coach assists in the development, organization, supervision, and management of the men’s basketball program. The position is part-time with potential for full-time opportunities and includes additional responsibilities in a lateral position such as admissions, student services, housing, or instruction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, organization, supervision, and management of the men’s basketball program.
- Work under the guidance and direction of the Head Baseball Coach.
- Supervised by the Director of Athletics.
- Demonstrate a positive student-centered approach with a strong desire to succeed.
- Include additional responsibilities in a lateral position such as admissions, student services, housing, or instruction.
Requirements
- Positive student-centered approach.
- Strong desire to succeed.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching or related field.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
