Assistant Coach - Baseball

About the role

Assistant Baseball Coaches support the Head Coach in developing and advancing a competitive athletic program while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards and positive sportsmanship. Responsibilities include operating within the budget to meet team needs and enforcing college, student conduct, and governing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in overall development of the athletic program
• Enforce rules pertaining to the College, student conduct, and governing regulations
• Operate within the allocated budget to meet team needs
• Serve as a positive role model for young adults

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and leadership skills
• First aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Pitching and catching background is preferred
• Good driving record is preferred
