Position Summary

As an Assistant Automotive Area Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Zone Manager in the daily oversight of site operations. Your role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, driving financial performance, and ensuring every team member adheres to company standards. Reporting directly to the Zone Manager and Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in executing growth strategies, elevating the customer experience, and coaching the team to meet and exceed company objectives.

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent adherence to company procedures and standards
• Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high morale
• Affirm the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction across all sites
• Assist with addressing and resolving complex customer issues, providing guidance to Site Managers on maintaining customer relationships
• Affirm all sites comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Promote a safe work environment and adherence to health and safety regulations
