The successful candidate will represent the Ohio Department of Transportation in appropriation proceedings throughout Ohio and provide advice on other legal issues.

Requirements
- Real estate, land use/zoning or environmental experience preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Previous litigation experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code
