About the role

Execute experiments in the process development labs, including aseptic processing and operation of automated process equipment. Summarize experimental data and aid in analysis to draw conclusions. Coordinate with the analytical group for timely delivery of process samples and turn-around of analytical data. Support production-related investigations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This is a highly collaborative role; the candidate must work effectively with the team, take initiative to complete tasks, and be reliable.

Responsibilities include supporting lab execution for studies related to operational improvements, investigations, and material qualification. Design and execute lab studies, summarize experimental data, and coordinate with other teams for timely delivery of supplies or transfer of process samples.

Requirements

  • Preferred BS degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, or MS degree with a minimum of 0+ years of relevant experience in biologic process/analytical development or commercial biologic manufacturing process support.
  • Aseptic technique, GMP/GLP, and technical writing (experience drafting SOPs, protocols, reports, etc.).
  • GMP manufacturing experience (or GLP/GDP), cell culture/passaging, blood processing/isolation, or cell therapy experience.
  • Cell culture, automated equipment, and data analysis (JMP, Excel, coding).
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting, cross-functional team collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in cell therapy manufacturing or supporting commercial manufacturing (investigations, validation, comparability) on MSAT, quality, or process development teams.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Schedule

Standard office hours: 8-hour shift.
