The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University invites applicants for a tenured/tenure-track Associate Professor or tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in the International Business area, to begin fall 2027.

About the role

The successful candidate will contribute to the academic mission of the Kelley School of Business, which includes teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, and engaging in service activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality research in International Business or a related field
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in International Business
  • Engage in scholarly activities such as publishing in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences
  • Participate in departmental and university committees and initiatives
  • Provide service to the Kelley School of Business and the broader academic community

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree, or ABD status, in an area of Management and Entrepreneurship (i.e., International Business, or related field)
  • Strong records (or promise of strong records) in both research and teaching

Qualifications

  • Additional qualifications may include:
  • Experience in international business research and teaching
  • Track record of publications in reputable journals
  • Ability to teach a variety of courses in International Business

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Effective organizational and time management skills

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
