The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry is part of the Louise Dilworth Davis College of Science & Engineering, which encompasses nine departments and includes the Pre-Health Professions Institute, the Karyn Purvis Institute for Child Development, and the Institute for Environmental Studies. The college is home to five doctoral programs and 16 master’s programs, as well as two graduate certificate programs. Faculty are true teacher-scholars, integrating instruction and research.
