About the role
The Assistant Administrator, under the direction and supervision of the Administrator, is delegated with certain responsibilities and authority for the internal operations of the facility, in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations and company policies/procedures so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
Pay
Pay Rate: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 Annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work or Business Administration is required.
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the facility and at the Administrator's direction.
- This is not a remote position.
- Must be able to deal tactfully and have the ability to work effectively with residents, families, personnel, support agencies and the general public.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must have patience, enthusiasm, and a cheerful disposition.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel.
