As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our core services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new service offerings that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Monitor service performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform service enhancements and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ITIL, ISO 20000, or similar service management frameworks.
- Experience with service desk tools and automation platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
