Responsibilities
- Captures and organizes office management activities.
- Generates reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and presentations using various computer software.
- Researches, compiles, and prepares confidential documents from multiple data sources.
- Responds to calls and inquiries, resolving issues or directing to appropriate staff.
- Attends meetings and coordinates materials for attendees.
- Completes assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years secretarial experience with increasing responsibilities.
- Preferred 3 years experience as an administrative secretary or office manager.
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of computer proficiency with various office applications.
Qualifications
- Standard English proficiency for clear and effective communication.
- Legible handwriting and accuracy in recording information.
