Assistant Account Manager National Sales

About the role

Obtain and review construction documents. Review finalized estimates for compliance with project documents and specifications. Communicate with estimating manager, salesperson, other departments, and construction professionals to ensure a profitable outcome. Provide other technical support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create material estimates from construction documents.
• Review construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate with store salesperson and construction professionals.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1 to 2 years of related commercial estimating experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend commercial construction documents (e.g., policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
