About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Travel team!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Media Coverage: Monitor media coverage pertaining to our clients and provide comprehensive reports.
  • Craft Documents: Draft various documents including media briefings, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Create Media Lists: Develop media lists tailored to specific campaigns and initiatives.
  • Secure Placements: Conduct media relations daily, securing placements in national, regional, broadcast, and online media.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate genuine relationships with journalists and media members, fostering trust and mutual respect.
  • Manage Accounts: Manage day-to-day account activities, overseeing scheduling and updating client reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3 months of full-time public relations experience, internships included, prior agency experience preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience handling multiple clients or projects at the same time.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for Travel, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Luxury and/or Entertainment industries.

Pay and Benefits

The salary is a base of $45,000 with eligibility for overtime. Benefits include:
