Overview About This Position: The Assistant Account Executive supports the day-to-day execution of Tier 2 Lexus marketing initiatives, serving as a key connection between Lexus and Team One headquarters, and regional teams. The role coordinates across teams to help ensure campaigns and creative are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. What You'll Do Support the development and execution of Tier 2 marketing initiatives across regional and local market programs, coordinating with regional teams and internal creative, production, media and account teams to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.Manage assigned incentive and offer-related workflows, including offer publishing, validation, asset updates and monthly campaign rotations across digital and video channels.Support the production of digital and social creative for Tier 2 media campaigns, coordinating asset development across the vehicle lineup. Responsibilities include job initiation, creative routing, feedback coordination, asset management and final delivery.Manage assigned local and regional creative projects, supporting market-specific Tier 2 media needs. Responsibilities include initiating jobs, developing creative briefs, coordinating with creative and production teams, managing feedback and overseeing final asset delivery.Support social campaign management, including catalog and matrix updates and coordination of creative assets needed to support Tier 2 social media campaigns.Coordinate creative asset management and distribution, maintaining creative libraries and ensuring approved assets, rotations and supporting materials are current and accessible to internal and regional teams.Serve as a day-to-day liaison between regional teams and Team One headquarters, helping address questions, troubleshoot issues and coordinate needs related to campaigns, creative assets, incentives and media activity.Support campaign and creative trafficking workflows, including coordination of asset rotations, tagging requirements and delivery of materials needed to support Tier 2 media buys.Support account financial and operational processes, including job and estimate creation, routing and other budget-related administrative needs.Provide Field Operations support, including maintenance of key resources and dealer information, management of regional requests and ongoing support of tools and materials used by the field team.Maintain strong working relationships across Account, Creative, Production, Media and regional teams, proactively communicating status, identifying potential issues and helping keep projects moving forward.Provide day-to-day support to Account leadership and the broader team, including project tracking, meeting support, documentation, reporting and other assignments as business needs evolve What You'll Bring 2 years office experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient administrative and computer skills required.Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.Must have attention to detail.Must be well-rounded, responsible, self-starter with a “team player” attitude with an interest in the automotive, marketing industry. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
