About the role
NKSFB, LLC is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Torrance, CA. This role offers a unique blend of accounting and entertainment, providing support to high-profile clients in the music, film, and sports industries.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in the accounting software.
- Review credit card statements and balances, including processing high-volume statements.
- Ensure efficient and timely processing of all transactions with client vendors.
- Perform coding tasks, generate purchase orders, and manage requisition deliveries.
- Support the Account Executive with high-volume Accounts Payable functions.
- Analyze invoice discrepancies and conduct research to identify and resolve issues.
- Verify the accuracy of all disbursements and recommend procedural improvements.
- Uphold integrity and transparency in financial documentation and promptly report any suspected misappropriation of funds.
- Set up new vendors in the accounting software and maintain an organized electronic filing system.
- Maintain Accounts Payable schedules.
- Enter all Accounts Payable transactions into the accounting software.
- Conduct monthly General Ledger reviews in collaboration with the Account Executive.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong mathematical acumen.
- Professional, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage Accounts Payable processes.
- Competence in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business-related field is preferred.
- One or more years of experience working in a Business Management environment.
- One or more years of experience in an Accounts Payable department.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Eton, or AgilLink is beneficial.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Schedule
This is a full-time position.
Pay
The salary range for this role is ($55,000 - $65,000) and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
