About the role

The role is within the Financial Services Tax practice, specifically in the Corporate Tax services department. The Senior Manager will advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, act as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. They will also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and provide advice on tax implications of deals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
  • Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity
  • Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
  • Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
  • Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends
  • Provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5 years of experience
  • CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
