Responsibilities
- Contribute to a growing business by leveraging interpersonal skills and acting as a key relationship manager for ultra-high net worth clients.
- Collaborate closely with Private Wealth Advisors and teammates to service clients, overseeing asset movements, portfolio implementations, and introducing new and existing clients to the firm's offerings.
- Manage fraud risk, trade execution, liquidity management, and ongoing relationship management, identifying opportunities for wealth advisory services and preventing fraudulent activities.
- Work with middle and back office colleagues to ensure an exceptional client experience, executing, processing, and reconciling trading and investment-related transactions.
- Lead or participate in divisional efforts to improve efficiencies within the Private Wealth Management business, serving as a coach/mentor for less tenured teammates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 1-3 years of preferred experience in client service and/or the financial industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
- Strong interest in client service, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
- Interest in the Financial Services Industry
- SIE, Series 7 and 63 required

Pay
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $75,000 - $125,000. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
