Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities, and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning, and private banking and lending services.
Wealth Management Analysts are a pivotal force, directly empowering our Wealth Management Professionals and ensuring unparalleled client success. It’s a hands-on opportunity to master the intricacies of Wealth Management, from strategically onboarding new client relationships and meticulously ensuring investment objectives are met, to proactively managing fraud risk, executing critical trades, and optimizing liquidity.
Responsibilities
- Leverage operational and financial background and experience to contribute to a growing business
- Work closely with Wealth Management Professionals to support their PWM clients
- Facilitate advisory business implementation and rebalancing
- Execute cash balances and private banking services in accounts
- Liaise with other areas supporting the PWM Business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required; must be a May 2026 graduate to be considered)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
- Strong interest in client service
- Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
- Interest in the Financial Services Industry
- SIE, Series 7, and 63 required (must be obtained within six months of employment)

Pay
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $75,000–$125,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
