About the Role

Join the Lead Portfolio Management Team within Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) at Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management, focusing on North American corporate pensions and not-for-profit entities, including healthcare systems. This highly analytical role involves developing and implementing bespoke strategic asset allocations, reviewing investment managers, and communicating results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategic asset allocation analysis
• Portfolio construction optimization
• Custom liability-hedging portfolio and asset liability matching analysis
• Investment manager / vehicle review
• Investment Committee reviews
• Ad hoc client investment requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• One or more years of portfolio management or related experience (a plus)
• Experience working with pensions or not-for-profit entities (endowments, foundations, healthcare systems) (a plus)
• Experience with multi-asset portfolio construction (a plus)
• Experience constructing liability-hedging portfolios (a plus)
1. Utilize Excel to produce bespoke portfolio analytics
• Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience presenting to internal and external Investment Committees (a plus)
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Pay

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $90,000-$125,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
