About the role

Elevate your career at the intersection of finance, technology, and digital innovation. We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Associate to join the Global Digital team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate cross-functional workstreams (spanning Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing) to deliver new digital features, capabilities, and enhancements for am.gs.com that will be activated to support commercial goals.
  • Act as a central connector between business and technical teams to align on requirements that will drive commercial results and ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience across the platform.
  • Facilitate senior-level reviews of roadmaps and issues by formulating agendas and preparing presentations to guide discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Provide roadmap updates and delivery summaries to keep senior leadership informed of milestones, risks, and timelines.
  • Monitor platform performance and user engagement on am.gs.com to deliver client insights and identify opportunities for new functional improvements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure new digital features and content meet regulatory standards, managing the review workflow efficiently to avoid delivery delays.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, digital product management, digital marketing, or management consulting, preferably within regulated financial services or fintech.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of interacting effectively with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed global environment with minimal supervision.
  • Presentation & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and synthesizing data into structured, visually compelling updates.
  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of the digital product lifecycle, content management systems (CMS), and basic web analytics tools.

Pay

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
