Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Materials: Own end to end marketing for specific asset class, activating a full marketing suite to support new product launches and announcements, helping ensure all marketing materials maintain a strong, consistent brand message and drive measurable engagement
- Maintain Digital Presence: Help maintain and optimize product marketing pages across global web platforms by confirming all data and content remain up to date while applying SEO best practices to support a seamless digital journey for prospective investors from discovery to deep-dive analysis
- Social Media Marketing: Draft posts for high-impact content, awards and rankings, and industry events to help amplify brand presence and drive engagement across client channels
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Support channel marketing by helping translate product value propositions into segment-specific messaging with the goal of fueling client engagement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Development, Alternatives Capital Formation Teams, and the broader Asset Management Marketing team, to support alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience; internship or coursework in asset management, alternatives, or marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with or interest in alternative products and marketing fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking with developing commercial awareness and business acumen
- Foundational integrated marketing skills and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Chicago, IL, United States-based position is $70000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
