Growth Strategy
The Marketing Data & Insights lead develops and executes plans to integrate client data streams for deriving insights and analytics-driven targeting to grow the client base and drive measurable asset growth across Third Party Wealth (TPW) and Institutional audiences.
Precision Segmentation
Leverages data to build and refine segmentation frameworks for use in commercial campaigns and measurement to evaluate impact.
ROI Attribution
Establishes real-time campaign analytics to demonstrate marketing-sourced pipeline and commercial impact, providing transparency for confident resource allocation.
Digital Ecosystem Optimization
Supports the optimization of the digital marketing stack to ensure seamless data flow between marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partners closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product, and Engineering teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives and client needs.
Qualifications
Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or growth marketing, preferably within Asset Management or broader Financial Services.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in marketing technology (MarTech) stacks, including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo/Pardot), and web analytics (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics).
Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and commercial strategies. Experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau/PowerBI is highly preferred.
Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in building attribution models (multi-touch, first-touch, etc.) and managing performance-based marketing budgets.
Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the "story" behind the data to senior stakeholders, moving beyond metrics to business impact.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
