About the role

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing recovered vehicle assets, ensuring they are sale-ready without delay. This role involves supervising team members, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of assigned team members to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are consistently met.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback to support employee development and performance.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, questions, and employee concerns.
  • Maintain oversight of individual and team performance, addressing issues promptly and escalating as necessary.
  • Ensure daily workflows and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Cookbook workload distribution to balance efficiency, capacity, and deadlines.
  • Aid in onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Track and report basic performance metrics and operational updates to management.
  • Communicate priorities, deadlines, and process changes clearly to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of new procedures or tools.
  • Lead efforts to improve current process and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of relevant operational experience, including prior lead or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant internal systems.

Pay

$21.63 per hour (non-exempt), plus bonus based on performance. Total annual compensation typically ranges from $60,000–$70,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
