Assets Inventory Supervisor

Safety and Compliance

• Safely handle, move, and load scaffold components, materials, and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure equipment safety and readiness.
• Operate CDL-required vehicles to complete timely and efficient deliveries and pickups.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regularly scheduled inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability of all assets.
• Process transactions within Vista and other company systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Track and document equipment movement, including internal job allocations and rental charge application for company-owned assets.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools to support inventory tracking and operational reporting.

Collaboration and Support

• Collaborate with other branch locations to support company-wide equipment needs and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.

Technical Skills

• Equipment inspection, maintenance, and basic repair.
• Knowledge of CDL operations and DOT compliance standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (Vista or similar preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables and data tracking).
