Asset Preservation Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
• Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
• Achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience.
• Familiarity with bank policies as they relate to the essential job functions.
• Basic computer skills, including loan system or equivalent loan systems required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
• Basic accounting knowledge desirable for credit/debit tickets.
• Must be attentive to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 3 years of servicing experience (mortgage).
• Ability to research and recognize problems.
• Good organization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• PC experience to include advanced Excel, Word and Access.
