Responsibilities
- Asset management of U.S. real estate properties (primarily in Dallas)
- Planning, management, and reporting for investment products targeting Japanese investors
- Project management for cross-border transactions
- Communication with Japanese investors (Japanese language required)
- Collaboration with local U.S. teams and external partners
- Hands-on involvement across strategy development and execution
Qualifications
- Experience in asset management or project management
- Native-level Japanese
- Business-level English
- Ability to work hands-on beyond strategic planning
- Proactive and able to operate with speed and ownership

Salary
USD100,000-140,000
