Asset Management Support Coordinator
This is a Contract to Hire position based in St. Petersburg, FL, with a hybrid schedule.
About the role
The Asset Management Support Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Asset Management team by managing documentation, maintaining accurate portfolio records, and supporting reporting and communication efforts. This role serves as a key point of contact for partners and management agents, ensuring timely follow-up, professional correspondence, and a high level of service. The coordinator helps ensure assets are supported through accurate data, organized processes, and strong relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Provides business support to the Asset Management team
- Ensures all formal correspondence appropriately reflects the RJAHI brand
- Manages the document collection process for required reports per operative documents
- Confirms contact information of partners, management agents, and third parties associated with lower-tier entities
- Maintains a thorough and current record of activity in the portfolio management system, including collection efforts, new information, and document receipt
- Identifies trends and areas for improvement using metrics reports and understanding business needs
- Prepares internal documents
- Understands and responds to client inquiries and concerns to ensure Service 1st
- Develops and maintains relationships with partners and management agents
- Resolves issues quickly with a sense of urgency
- Maintains benchmarks, key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepares various reports as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Portfolio Management System
- Document/Records management
- Data entry/reporting
- MS Office Suite
- Phone/Customer Support
Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
