Asset Management Specialist

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. This role manages hardware assets within Asset Management under the Lifecycle Operations Line of Business, tracking inventory, auditing, and handling procurement to ensure lifecycle management, compliance, and optimization per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Track hardware assets using hardware tracking software and inventory auditing techniques
• Prepare procurement packages and use depreciation calculation tools
• Manage disposal processes and maintain configuration baseline support rationalization
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware to enhance efficiency
• Use MS Excel, including creating formulas and pivot tables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or one-and-one-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting government/business in an inventory, asset management and/or custodial role
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting hardware asset management roles and responsibilities described above
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Pay

The starting pay range for this role is $70,000 – $106,260. Actual compensation will depend on factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. Temporary positions are not eligible for incentive compensation.
