Asset Management Specialist

About the role
As an Asset Management Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and monitoring of units assigned for repossession and liquidation. This position involves collaborating with repossession vendors to locate collateral, transport assets, and ensure effective liquidation processes. You will actively monitor all activities related to repossessed units, processing orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession, and preparing necessary notices for liable parties.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating asset conditions, processing refunds for extended warranties and insurance claims, and coordinating transportation for auction sales. Additionally, you will engage with customers to negotiate settlements on charge-off accounts, providing them with tailored repayment solutions while maintaining detailed records of each communication.
This role is onsite Monday to Friday, with hours of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage repossessed units assigned for repossession and liquidation
- Collaborate with repossession vendors to locate collateral and transport assets
- Process orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession
- Prepare and send necessary notices to liable parties
- Evaluate asset conditions and process refunds for extended warranties and insurance claims
- Coordinate transportation for auction sales
- Negotiate settlements on charge-off accounts with customers
- Provide tailored repayment solutions and maintain detailed records of communications
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or at least two years of equivalent experience or a combination of education and experience
- Experience with installment lending
- Familiarity with the motorcycle, powersports, RV, and automotive industry (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$22 to $26 per hour plus commissions.
