Asset Management - Senior Retirement Product Manager - Vice President
Job Responsibilities
- Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with a portfolio of Home Offices.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and product expert for the Retirement Platform Business, facilitating client satisfaction, partnership growth, and resolution of operational matters.
- Leading product launches for key partnerships by building project plans, managing milestones, collaborating with the National Accounts Team and Home Offices.
- Creating and maintaining operational procedures. Providing intermediary Product and Operations support for tasks such as investment approvals, 3(38) line-up changes, and establishing data feeds.
- Establishing governance to ensure all client interactions and plan activities align with Home Office Selling Agreements, regulations, and firm policies; proactively identifying, documenting, and mitigating operational, fiduciary, and reputational risks.
- Developing and maintaining Home Office playbooks for the Sales and Service Team, and periodically delivering field training.
- Coordinating and responding to all RFP and Due Diligence Requests.
- Understanding Home Office objectives and constraints, partnering with National Accounts to deliver tailored solutions.
- Tracking and analyzing aggregated plan health metrics and providing executive-ready reporting to the National Accounts Team, supporting commentary requests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in the retirement industry.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration.
- Demonstrate proven experience in Product, Operations, and Client Management within financial services, preferably with a focus on retirement plans, National Accounts, and Home Offices.
- Possess a strong understanding of 401(k) plan administration, operation, compliance, and investment strategies.
- Exhibit excellent communication, judgment, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Apply an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- MBA or relevant professional certification (plus).
