Asset Management Analyst
About the role
The Asset Management Analyst position is designed to execute enhanced asset management processes that pertain to our fleet management and revenue monitoring activities. Primarily, this individual will provide support for the asset team through data and analytics. The primary goal of the Asset Management Analyst is to provide enhanced asset analysis to provide a better customer experience and to support growth initiatives and increase sales.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Fleet Management.
- Works on Redeployment of Assets within Asset team to prevent units from becoming NLE (No Longer Earning).
- Works cross functionally with other teams to achieve accurate tracking and reporting of our assets.
- Create exception reporting to support Asset Management initiatives.
- Drive special projects as a lead analyst based on Asset Management needs.
- Sales and Marketing: Track redeployment of vehicles from reserving to in service of unit to the Customer with coordination with the local AM with reporting and AM centered programs (AMP).
- DTS Support: Coordinate and assist with key initiatives under the DTS product offering as needed.
- Asset Management: Fulfill asset requests, Manage Rent to Lease (R2L), Manage Surplus Vehicle Notice (SVN), Vehicle Change Notice (VCN) Monitor Account I/S & O/S to control NYE and NLEs.
- Attend calls weekly to prevent billing errors on end bills and start bills.
- Financial: Review and conduct analysis of Fleet, Lessthan term, FlexLease, Short Term Lease, Fast Track, Vosawhile ensuring proper depreciation to salvage during the life of the asset working in tandem with local AM’s
- Creative Solutioning: providing insight and navigating a plan of action to achieve AM goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting.
- Three (3) years or more in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.
- DOT Regulated - No.
Skills and Abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- MSAccess, SQL, or Snowflake experience is a plus.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- High Energy, Self-motivated, self-directed person with the ability to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to Lead, motivate, train and develop others in order to understand the business model as it pertains to Asset Management.
- Ability to influence Asset Management and Sales Leadership as well as peers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills having desired impact and effect to drive results.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills focused on managing assets.
- Strong Customer focus.
