About the role
The Asset Logistics Technician is responsible for tracking deliveries and inventory, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating asset integration and decommissioning efforts in the data center. This role requires a high level of accuracy and effective communication with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Accept all hardware deliveries and manage asset status
- Monitor spare parts inventory and RMA handling
- Packaging and scheduling shipments of all equipment and assets
- Audit asset status in the data center daily
- Work directly with other Asset Logistics Technicians and coordinate asset integration and decommissioning efforts
- Support any additional efforts related to shipping and receiving as assigned
- Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum two years proven experience in asset management or data center shipping/receiving
- Experience in asset tracking or ALM (Asset Logistics Management) software
- Strong attention to detail and extremely well organized
- Proven ability to work on several simultaneous projects and programs
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to data center operations
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment to provide support and excellent customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

Pay
The salary range for this position in the US is $24-26 per hour. A candidate’s salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
