Asset and Corporate Finance Associate
About the role
The ideal candidate will have two to six years of sophisticated law firm experience with private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance transactions. The candidate should have experience representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings. Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with experienced lawyers to provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating the ability to handle complex legal matters.
- Represent clients in various types of financing transactions, including private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance.
- Assist in loan workouts and restructurings as needed.

Pay
Base Compensation $210,000 - $360,000 / year. The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
