We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Must include headings using

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate like EEO, ADA, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Must preserve all substantive information. We need to parse the job description. Key parts: - Anticipated Hiring Range: $29.23 - $36.48 Annually - Full Salary Range: $29.23 - $42.38 Annually - Explanation about two salary ranges (City of Greeley compliance). This is about Pay. - City of Greeley's Total Rewards paragraph (benefits? Actually it's about total rewards philosophy). Then "Benefits: This position is benefits eligible. Please view our benefits guide here." - Job Summary paragraph. - Minimum Requirements: bullet list? It says "Experience, Education, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree ... Two (2) years of relevant experience. OR Any combination ... AND Possession of a valid driver’s license." - Preferred: bullet list: Four (4) years of relevant experience; One (1) year of experience in GIS mapping or analysis of municipal utility infrastructure; Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, ESRI ArcGIS software, spreadsheet analysis with Microsoft Excel, database analysis using SQL Server, ArcGIS, or other database management software, CityWorks, Global positioning system, or other surveying equipment. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: a list of items. - Essential Functions: a list of duties. - Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A (should we include? It's N/A, we should not create a section with filler. Probably skip.) - Travel - Standard Local Travel: description. - Work Environment: Office Environment, Field Environment, telework policy. - Physical Requirements: list of sub-items. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Qualifications (Preferred?), Skills (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (maybe Travel? Not schedule). There's no explicit schedule/hours. Could we infer schedule? Not given. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It does not. So omit Schedule. Pay: we have salary ranges and explanation. So we can create Pay section with that info. Benefits: we have brief statement: "This position is benefits eligible. Please view our benefits guide here." Also there is City of Greeley's Total Rewards paragraph describing philosophy. That could be part of Benefits section. We'll include both. About the role: maybe Job Summary. Responsibilities: Essential Functions. Requirements: Minimum Requirements (including education, experience, driver's license). Could also include Preferred as Qualifications? But we have Qualifications section maybe for Preferred? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - About the role: Job Summary. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred experience and maybe also the "OR Any combination..."? Actually that is part of Minimum Requirements. Qualifications could be Preferred. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. - Benefits: City of Greeley's Total Rewards + benefits eligibility. - Pay: Salary ranges + explanation. - Schedule: not present, omit. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what constitutes a list. For Requirements, we have bullet-like statements: Bachelor’s degree..., Two (2) years..., OR Any combination..., AND Possession of a valid driver’s license. Could format as

      • . For Preferred, also list. For Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, it's a list of items separated by periods. Could be
        • . Essential Functions also list. Travel description maybe prose. Work Environment: could be prose with subpoints? Might be better as

with sentences. Physical Requirements: list. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all details from the posting, except boilerplate removed. We must remove: EOE Statement, ADA Statement, Conditions of Employment, etc. Also remove "Why Do I See Two Salary Ranges?" explanation? That's substantive about pay, we keep. Also remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content.
