About the role

The Asset Admin is an active member of the Maintenance support staff team, driving and supporting maintenance processes, controls, and asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain all assets and related documents to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity while minimizing total maintenance cost and effort.
  • Have a true hands-on approach, strong communication and decision-making skills, the ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Function in a maintenance team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with asset management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in asset management or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of asset management software.

Skills

  • Asset management software proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
