About the role
The Industrial Skills Assessor works as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations for clients. Key responsibilities include understanding and administering complex evaluation systems, multi-tasking with multiple clients, maintaining a clean workspace, communicating updates, issues, and questions to the manager, staying current on Aerospace and compliance requirements, and providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical)
- Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously
- Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment
- Communicate updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner
- Stay up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintain the highest level of customer service
Requirements
- Electrical, Bond & Ground and/or Seal application
- Aircraft assembly, Heavy and/or light Structure Drilling
- Fastener and/or rivet installation
- Production standards
- Power and hand tool usage
Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen living in the Seattle area.

Schedule
Position is flexible to perform duties on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts in a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup.
