Summary
Partner is seeking a Full-Time Assessor for our construction services team to perform all Construction Assessor responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Involvement in multiple projects concurrently
- Oversee the quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycle
- Cooking the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) in order to deliver projects according to plan
- Cultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members, Client, and other project stakeholders in order to successfully deliver a quality product on time
- Conduct inspections
- Write reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or greater from accredited university in architecture, construction management and or engineering discipline (a plus)
- 3+ years relevant experience in construction or construction related field(s) such as architecture, construction management and/or engineering
