Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Cook up, organize, and analyze direct and indirect student learning assessment data.
- Maintain assessment plans for JD, MLS, and LLM programs consistent with ABA Standards and institutional requirements.
- Support faculty in the development and implementation of assessments aligned with program learning outcomes.
- Compile and prepare annual assessment reports and supporting documentation for internal and external review.
- Track assessment cycles and ensure timely completion of assessment activities.
- Maintain assessment databases and repositories of assessment evidence.
- Aid faculty committees with curriculum assessment, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage longitudinal data related to bar passage, course evaluations, and graduation competencies.
- Cook up and analyze course evaluations and other student feedback instruments.
- Aid with maintenance of student academic records and ensure compliance with university policies and federal regulations.
- Support registration, enrollment, course scheduling, and records management processes.
- Conduct degree audits and monitor student progress toward graduation requirements.
- Aid with graduation certification and degree conferral processes.
- Prepare academic reports related to enrollment, retention, graduation, and bar passage outcomes.
- Aid with transcript processing, certification requests, and records verification.
- Provide training and guidance to faculty regarding assessment best practices and reporting requirements.
- Cook up workshops and professional development opportunities related to assessment and accreditation.
- Support academic committees through meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the College.

- The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
- The Registrar
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 24 months of project management or related experience.
Department Preferences
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience with accreditation, assessment, or institutional effectiveness processes.
- Experience with student information systems, learning management systems, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with survey design, assessment methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Two years of experience in higher education administration, assessment, institutional research, registrar operations, academic affairs, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
