Assessment Counselor Supervisor
About the role
The Bridges Juvenile Crisis and Assessment Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Supervisor for Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM) to provide hands-on supervision and training to Youth Care Workers, implement direct care services, and engage youth in assessment activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on supervision and training to Youth Care Workers, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
- Implement direct care services and ensure the delivery of high-quality support to youth in our care.
- Actively engage youth in assessment activities, helping them unlock their potential and find the services that match their needs.
- Maintain the safety and integrity of the physical property, ensuring a secure environment for all.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: At least 21 years old.
- Experience: Background in a human services field, particularly working with youth.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license.
- Compliance: Ability to pass pre-employment background, driving, and substance screenings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Skills
- Leadership Skills: Previous supervisory or staff management experience.
