Counselor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all intake operations
• Review intake assessments for quality
• Make pre-admission decisions, conduct case reviews, and facilitate counseling meetings to ensure services comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a small caseload
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service training sessions, guest speakers, and reviewing literature

Qualifications

• Hold an LCSW, LCPC, or LADC with CCS in the state of Maine
• Have computer experience
• Have Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience, particularly with SMART EHR
• Have MAT counseling experience preferred
• Have prior supervisory experience
• Be self-motivated and directed

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $66,560.00 - $73,216.00 annualized

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
