About the role
The role involves providing counseling services to individuals with substance abuse disorders within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) framework.
Responsibilities
- Counseling individuals with substance abuse disorders
- Implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintaining client records and progress notes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in regular supervision and case conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with individuals with substance abuse disorders
- Knowledge of ACT and evidence-based practices
