About the role

The role involves providing counseling services to individuals with substance abuse disorders within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) framework.

Responsibilities

  • Counseling individuals with substance abuse disorders
  • Implementing evidence-based treatment plans
  • Maintaining client records and progress notes
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in regular supervision and case conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience working with individuals with substance abuse disorders
  • Knowledge of ACT and evidence-based practices
