About the role
This is a full-time and permanent position at a local metal fabrication facility.
Responsibilities
- MIG welding on various types of material
- Set up machine based on each task
- Use of cutting tools and other related equipment
- Operating forklifts and overhead crane (will be trained)
- Read and interpret drawings
- Keep workstation clean and organized
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years' experience in metal fabrication, construction, or welding
- On-the-job welding experience is preferred
- Must pass a weld test if needed
- Must use power tools and other equipment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be willing to work overtime if needed
Pay
$23 - $27.60 an hour, including a 15% shift differential. Two pay raises in the first year.
