Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 (2nd Shift)

As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 (2nd Shift) at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing complex products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Your hands-on expertise will contribute directly to the production process, supporting the delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions to our customers. This role impacts the overall efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by accurately assembling components and performing rigorous testing procedures. Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to detailed instructions and specifications.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of products to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
• Document test results and assembly processes accurately for quality control and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly and testing of electronic or mechanical products in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques, test equipment, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Ability to use test tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in assembly and test roles.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
